For this project, we stripped it down to the bones before putting it back together. We removed all the lath/plaster, false ceilings, and outdated wiring/plumbing. We gave it a more open floor plan in the dining area and returned the front windows and the ceilings to their historical size. We redesigned the bathroom with a walk-in shower and added new closets in the bedroom.
